What sets my approach apart: I combine hands-on platform leadership with a structured innovation management background and a belief that modern product teams should work as intelligently as the products they build — using the best available tools at every stage of the cycle, from discovery to delivery.

One thing I've learned to rely on: I get up to speed fast in new domains. At BOSS and at Cisco I had no prior expertise in the domain — in both cases I was in deep technical architecture discussions within weeks and had a credible roadmap shortly after. That speed is method, not coincidence.
Eine Fähigkeit, auf die ich mich verlasse: Ich arbeite mich schnell in neue Domänen ein. Bei BOSS und bei Cisco hatte ich kein Vorwissen — in beiden Fällen führte ich innerhalb von Wochen tiefe Architekturgespräche und hatte kurz darauf eine belastbare Roadmap. A full-stack court booking system built pro bono for my tennis club MTV Hernals — replacing paper lists and phone calls with a self-service web app. Members book courts, manage fixed weekly slots, and receive opt-in email reminders. An admin panel handles member management, PDF export, and booking oversight. Built from scratch in my spare time: designed, developed, and deployed end-to-end.
Ein vollständiges Platzbuchungssystem, ehrenamtlich für den MTV Hernals Tennisverein entwickelt — als Ersatz für Papierlisten und Telefonanrufe.
